"The nose is reminiscent of Gewürztraminer. There are also fresh, pure notes of well ripened apples and cherries. In the mouth, the sweetness surges beyond the ingredients. The image is that of a sweet dumpling. The lingering finish is moderately short, yet interesting with texture. Enjoy with a well-chilled, cold sake."

Pairing Suggestion: Spanish and Portuguese cuisine, foods with strong animal fats and oils, including paprika, spicy and fish.

"It has a gentle aroma with predominant notes of banana and melon. There is a sweet and indulgent fragrance reminiscent of powdered sugar, custard, and whipped cream, along with a subtle hint of the earthy scent after rain and the fermentation aroma of chestnuts and cottage cheese. The taste is creamy, reminiscent of sweet sake, with a soft balance that masks the alcohol presence. The flavor unfolds seamlessly without any rough edges. It is recommended to serve this sake at a temperature between 20°C and 50°C, particularly as a warm sake (at an elevated temperature). Use a flat sake cup for serving."

Pairing Suggestion: Stir-fried pork and eggplant with Japanese pepper. Tom Yum Kung (Thai spicy shrimp soup). Spicy vinegar-miso dish with firefly squid and rapeseed flowers. Due to its recommended temperature range, it also pairs well with various types of soups, such as potage.
